Brandon
graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Bachelor of
Business Administration – Human Resource Program and holds a Diploma of Human
Resource Management from NAIT.
Brandon’s
experience includes full-cycle recruitment, training and development as well as
almost ten years of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry.
Brandon’s knowledge and passion for the field of Human Resources (HR) allows
him to excel in on-boarding, securing top talent, public speaking, job
coaching/mentorship and other critical HR functions. Brandon is currently
working towards attaining his Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)
designation.
Brandon is
most passionate about recruitment and enjoys being able to assist candidates in
obtaining positions that allow them to reach their full potential. Brandon
believes that a critical factor in guiding candidates to the right job is building
and maintaining professional relationships. This requires a thorough screening
and the ability to engage in productive conversations with applicants to reveal
how their skills, experience, and personalities relate to a suitable position
